Junior Classes

Several years ago our children's classes were immensely popular. Many of our younger members were successful in competitions and examinations. Others enjoyed the social element with the benefits of learning a hobby, which continued for many years.

Indeed we now have several of our 'old children' in the adult classes! Some trained to become teachers themselves. When we moved to our current premises and expanded into Wedding Receptions, it was not possible to find sufficient time to devote to the junior members.

However, it was always our intention to reinstate these classes once time permitted and we are now in a position to offer children's classes once again. We realise (now having children of our own) that many activities take place on a Saturday and therefore are holding our new classes after school during the week. Once again, the children will be able to work towards recognised awards (if they so wish).

We will be holding regular activities such as a Christmas Party and presentation evenings with the possibility of summer clubs etc. This style of dancing is an ideal starting point - with very little initial outlay (fees are payable per lesson; no special uniform is required and no expensive equipment necessary).
